Location: North Wales

Salary: £32,000- £35,000 pro rata

Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, capable and pro-active Occupational Health Advisor based in North Wales on a permanent basis.

There is the option for this to be a full or a part time role depending on your requirements.

My client is an in-house role for a client within the public sector. They are looking to expand their ever growing team and are looking for a self-motivated and confident Occupational Health Advisor.

Job Requirements:
As an Occupational Health Advisor you will be based on site in North Wales in Flintshire with occasional travel around the local area.

As the Occupational Health Advisor you will undertake the full Occupational Health remit including pre-employment checks, immunisations and vaccinations, health surveillance, risk assessment, health promotion and attendance management advice.

In this Occupational Health Advisor role you will join a nurse-led service who is committed to promoting a culture where physical health and psychological wellbeing of staff is respected, protected and improved.
You will join a team of team of qualified Specialist Occupational Health Practitioners and experienced Occupational Health Nurses who advise on all matters concerning the effect of the working environment on health and the influence an employee's health has on their ability to fulfil their role.

Skills/ Qualifications:
To be successful in this Occupational Health Advisor role you must be a Registered General Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health.

You will have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

You need to be able to work on your own initiative.

The role offers a generous salary of ££32,000- £35,000 pro rata plus benefits and realistic progression opportunities.
