Position: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum

I am looking for an Occupational Health Advisor who is an excellent listener, and has the ability to be unbiased.
You will be based on site in South Manchester, although occasionally you may be required to travel to another site within an hours travelling.
As an Occupational Health Adviser you will be expected to undertake the full Occupational Health remit. Although predominantly, your main duties will be:
• To provide a case management service including management referral requests, rehabilitation and return to work programmes
• Health screening and surveillance procedures
• Drug testing
• Manage the sites first aid service
• Well-being promotion
You will work closely with HR and your line managers to ensure that a comprehensive Occupational Health service is delivered.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity my client is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor that must be a Registered Nurse with experience of working within a corporate Occupational Health environment.
You will need to have previous case management and screening experience.
You must be IT literate and have good communication skills - both written and verbal.
You will be a team player with a strong desire for success with excellent organization skills.
I am looking for an Occupational Health Advisor who is a confident clinical decision maker who can use their own initiative.
The role offers a generous salary of up to £42,000 per annum plus generous benefits such as a 10% annual bonus as well as long term employment stability and progression opportunities.
