Excellent opportunity for qualified RGN’s/RMN’s to work as part of a well-established Residential & Nursing Home located in the village of Capenhurst , near Chester.

This 30-bed Home, which is set within its own private grounds, provides comprehensive, person-centred nursing and residential care services for its residents, many of whom have dementia, within a welcoming, homely environment.

The Home currently has permanent openings for full-time Nurses to work night shifts, to include some weekends. Applications from experienced Nurses requiring part-time work may also be considered. Night staff at the Home currently work 4 and 3 night weeks on a rotational basis; shift times are 8pm to 8am.

Post-holders will be expected to provide excellent levels of clinical care, whist ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors.

Applicants should be qualified, dedicated RGN’s or RMN’s who can demonstrate a caring, enthusiastic nature and a commitment to providing exceptional levels of nursing care. Post-qualification experience, along with a good working knowledge of dementia care and previous experience of working in a nursing home setting is highly desirable, however applications will also be considered from newly-qualified Nurses and from Nurses keen to change direction and develop their careers within the care sector.

A competitive salary of c. £30k p.a. (£13.80 p/h) awaits successful candidates.
