Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Job Type & Salary: Permanent - £32,000 annually- Permanent, Nights
Our client's 41 bedded Nursing Home offers nursing and residential care, specialised dementia care and end of life care.
The true emphasis is on the care and nursing they provide. Their approach to care is second to none, developing a programme of assistance and care that suits the needs and wishes of each resident as an individual.
In particular, residents who are experiencing memory loss benefit from the enlightened approach to dementia care which stimulates, supports and comforts them in an environment which is safe and home-like.
This is a team role working as an integral part of the caring & nursing (RGN) team, there is also a supervisory and supportive element within the role, providing guidance and acting as a resource for the caring team. Close liaison with external professionals, residents and relatives is also large part of the role therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
