Deputy Nursing Home Manager wanted for luxury nursing home in Liverpool L13
Salary: Up to £36,000!

About Our Client:
Our client is a purpose-built 42 bedded residential home caring for the elderly, frail. The modern building is designed specifically for the needs of elderly residents, and has a very caring team who work hard to make everyone feel at home.
·Assist Manager in implementing all departmental policies and procedures and in carrying out tasks related to budgets, Health and Safety, staff supervision, training and appraisal, and recruitment of care staff.
·Deputise for the Manager in all operational aspects concerning the running of the establishment.
·Assist the Manager to ensure that the service provided is of highest possible quality within available resources
. Assist with the evaluation and monitoring of the service.
·Ensure that all service users and carers are enabled and encouraged to participate in all decisions affecting their lives and the design of services to meet their needs and of those of the users within the home.
·Design and implement rotas to suit the needs of the establishment and which will maximise the use of staff over twenty-four hour period.
·Assess and supervise the assessment of client need, and ensure that an appropriate level of care is provided through sensitive care practices, designed to preserve individuality and maximise independence.
·Liaise with Social service personnel and other outside agencies in relation to current or prospective residents, and to convene and / or participate in case conferences, design care plans and rehabilitative programmes, as required.
·Work on a rota basis, and respond to emergency calls when required.
