About the Client:
My client boasts two large facilities based in Buckinghamshire. Between them they boast 6 Theatres, High dependency facilities and cater for a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery.
Your role as Clinical Service Manager-Theatres will be to provide leadership and management presence to the Theatre teams across both sites.
As Clinical Service Manager-Theatres you will act as a role model to staff members providing development opportunities where appropriate.
As Clinical Service Manager-Theatres you will use your business development skills in order to drive the service forward and introduce new ways of efficient working. You will be expected to carry out HR activities as well as budget management.
About the Individual:
You will have Registration with the NMC or HCPC plus extensive experience within Theatres. Additional post registration qualifications including management and mentorship will help you succeed in your application to the role of Clinical Service Manager-Theatres
Experience within the private sector is desirable.
