My client requires a dedicated Nurse (RGN) (RMN) (RNLD) to work within a beautiful nursing home in Caterham, Surrey. It is an excellent, independently run Care Home of character and distinction offering the highest quality Residential and 24 hour Nursing Care. This late Georgian and Victorian house set in secluded landscaped gardens with beautiful views is home for up to 41 residents, in mainly single rooms. The owners and staff of the Home are committed to providing the highest levels of quality care in a warm, homely environment. The Home has undergone a programme of refurbishment which has included the addition of a fully equipped Hairdressing Salon. The full time activities coordinator provides a full programme of activities tailor-made for the residents. Carers recognise that meal times are a focal point of the day for residents and the in-house chefs prepare dishes from a varied menu. All food is home cooked and the chefs cater for all dietary requirements. My client offers a variety of health packages, including long-term care, respite or day care and a visit is well recommended.
You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Nurse (RGN) (RMN) (RNLD) will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer Days, 36hours per week.
