The service specialises in physical disabilities and general nursing needs. This specialist company pride themselves in delivering a range of person centered care.

This great company are looking for an RGN qualified unit manager to oversee the day to day running of a large unit. You'll report into the clinical nurse manager and general manager. Responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and health care assistants.

Unit Manager - £35,000 - £37,000 p/a

* Must be RGN qualified with good general nursing skills

* Experience managing teams of nurses

* Confident with developing person centered care plans

* Be flexible and adaptable
