A market leading, highly reputable care provider is looking to appoint an experienced Registered mental health nurse for a hospital in Essex. The organisation specialises in providing high quality care for individuals 18 and over, specialising in mental health hospital settings.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained, whilst adhering to all CQC requirements and regulations. The Staff nurse chosen will have excellent clinical skills, as well as excellent knowledge and experience of individuals with mental health problems. Candidates should have a sound working knowledge surrounding valuing lives and providing leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staff. Ensuring all social and health needs of the patients are met.
The candidate required is a dynamic Nurse who is a team player, with excellent communication skills and a passion to work with this client group.

The Staff Nurse must:
* Have a current nursing PIN
* Naturally caring approach
* Superb clinical skills
* Putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants
* First rate clinical leadership skills.
* Effective communication skills

* Passionate about service user's progress
* Be RMN or RNLD qualified
