Nurse Manager – Mental Health
c£37,500 OTE Per year
Smithson Gray are delighted to be working with a leading care provider for those with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries. The company provides residential care/supported living homes throughout the UK and are known as one of the leading care providers.
We are currently assisting them on the recruitment for a Nurse Manager of their nurse led supported living home in Swansea that provides care for Mental Health conditions including - Eating Disorders, Substance Misuse, Alcohol Dependence, Bipolar/Manic Depression, Challenging Behaviour and Schizophrenia.
The successful candidate will be nurse qualified, have experience within mental health care, experience managing a team, being the clinical lead, adhering to the CQC standards and experience providing care to a high standard. You will also be required to oversee all aspects of the home in the home manager’s absence. You will also be required to Develop and oversee therapeutic interventions within the home. You will be required to Provide in-house training, including confident presentation of clinical staff training session.
• RGN or RMN qualified
• Registered with the NMC
• Have experience nursing within Mental Health care
• A good understanding of the CQC
• Experience managing and training a team
My client is looking to pay a base salary of up to £36,000 pa with a £1,500 bonus per year plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview
