Clinical Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) - CAMHs - Cambridgeshire - Permanent - Full-time - £37000 - £37979

Medicor are pleased to consider applications for the position of Clinical Lead Nurse working for our client based in Cambridgeshire on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be registered with the NMC and have Extensive Post registration experience within a Mental Health Environment.

You will need to have the following essential skills and experience for the position; Previous experience or a keen interest in working within a CAMHs Environment. Individuals should be fully conversant with the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and it's recent updates; have an understanding of the latest nursing practices; have knowledge of PSI as well as the local and national agenda's that impact on nursing practice and patient care. A working understanding of CQC essential standards is required for this post. Previous experience within a Management setting would be a huge advantage and this role would also suit a nurse who is currently working at a Charge Nurse or Deputy Manager looking for the next stage their career.

We are also looking for the following desirable skills, but are not essential for the position; Experience providing Tier-4 assessment and treatment inpatient services for children and young people between the ages of 12 and 18.

This Private hospital provides Tier-4 assessment and treatment inpatient service for children and young people between the ages of 12 and 18, who are experiencing mental health difficulties. The working hours will include days, nights and twilights.

This is a Full-time Permanent position working 40 hours per week per week working in Cambridgeshire.

The salary for this position is between £37000 and £37979.76 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position. On top of this are benefits that include an excellent benefits package that includes 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata including bank holidays meals, uniform, training and many more.
