My client is a private mental health hospital which is part of the NHS which is able to provide care for those who are detained under the Mental Health Act. Additionally, there are services linked which can provide supported living and rehabilitation.

This hospital is a fantastic facility with a full therapy programme running 12 hours per day which is a programme tailored around individual needs and interests. The site is fantastic with a gym onsite as well as therapy studios, a greenhouse, outside areas and animals on site such as therapy dogs and resident rabbits!

This mental health hospital has been set up with the intent of managing people in a less restrictive more modern environment. The service has fantastic success with helping many people return to community living.

• Superb clinical skills
• Creating, implementing and evaluating treatment plans

• Support and supervise new or junior staff and Health care assistants
• Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating patient care
