Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

Job Type & Salary: Permanent - £38,000 annually fully negotiable
Hours: 42hrs per week (Alternate weekends)

This home provides specialised services to 46 elderly residents and those with Dementia.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead to join the team and support the Home Manager with the day to day operation of the home. This role will involve managing and delegating to a staff team, identifying training needs and auditing / evaluating clinical procedures within the home.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an individual who is clinically competent and has a strong clinical awareness to take the lead and manage the clinical processes within the home. Excellent leadership and communication skills are vital for this role along with a good working knowledge of CQC.
·Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
·At least two years experience in a care home environment
·Experience in Dementia care
·Able to manage a team
·Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
