A large privately owned care home in North Bristol requires an experienced, Nurse qualified Care Home Manager to lead and develop the team and service.

This service offers dedicated nursing and residential care to adults of all ages, specialising in elderly and disability care but also providing care and support to those with brain injuries and degenerative neurological conditions.

Candidates for this Home Manager role will be qualified and registered with the NMC as an Adult/General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

You will have extensive experience in the management of a care home and will demonstrate effective leadership skills and the ability to manage staff, budgets and resources along with good working knowledge of CQC requirements and best practices of care.

As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the day to day clinical and operational management of the service. You will supervise and support staff and will promote the highest standards of care and ensure the wellbeing of service users.

The salary for this position is from £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and working hours are 40 per week on days.
