As a Clinical Disability Assessor you'll be meeting with people either in their home or in consultation centres.
You'll be assessing peoples disabilities and impairments and how it affects their daily activities and living, and writing reports based on your findings.
This role will allow you to be out in the community as well as at centres, you'll be based from home going to scheduled visits. Appointments will be mostly in office hours but could be occasionally later in evening up until 8pm.
This is a 37.5 hours a week role, if in the community typically from 9-5pm, and if working from a centre it will be on a rota of 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm, with Saturday work as well.
For this role you must have at least 1 years post registration experience and be NMC / HCPC registered.
You must live in one of the postcodes above to be eligible.
You could come from one of a range of backgrounds such as an RGN Nurse, Occupational Physiotherapist, Paramedic, HCPC Physiotherapist.
You must have experience of undertaking assessments and have good typing and IT skills.
You will need to be a car owner driver and be able to travel to various locations in your area.
