My client is after a candidate with great communication skills, good knowledge of nursing and easygoing.

The home offers paid breaks, free parking, subsided lunch and paid training. if the candidate wants to move forward and improve, there's a possibility to become a mentor.

The home incorporates the newest technology into the service to ensure the safest possible care eg. Biodose.

The candidate will always have Christmas off, shifts are planned three weeks beforehand, if you have any issues and can't attend one of your shifts, your can always talk to the home manager and ask them to change yours; Bank holidays and weekends are interchangeable among the staff
The home pays its employees every Friday.

The home has a great CQC.

You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.
