Nursing Home Manager – Leigh on Sea
up to £65,000 per annum

In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with an Award Winning care home provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their modern, purpose built nursing home in Leigh on Sea, Essex.

This popular nursing home is registered to provide care and support to older people with dementia, nursing and palliative care needs.

As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management and compliance of the nursing home, whilst managing, leading and developing a large staff team to ensure high quality standards are achieved and maintained throughout all areas of the home.

The successful candidate will have a proven and successful background working as a Home Manager and achieving and maintaining CQC compliance within medium / large nursing homes. The role does require a Home Manager with a nursing qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC pin along with strong business acumen to confidently manage the budget and marketing aspects of the role.

Completion of Registered Managers Award / ILM 5 in Management or equivalent will be desirable.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity and the successful candidate will benefit from an excellent salary of up to £65,000 per annum to the successful candidate.
