Based in Salford, Greater Manchester, Priory Hospital Braeburn House is a new joint venture between the Priory and Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. This unique joint venture will draw on the wealth of experience and expertise of both organisations, to deliver high-quality mental health services at the new, fully refurbished, hospital site.

The hospital is a 28 bedded locked rehabilitation facility which includes 6 step down beds, and will provide a care pathway for Adult Males who have complex mental health problems. Our overall aim at Braeburn House is to improve our service users mental health, wellbeing and independence whilst promoting and maintaining healthy relationships with others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users. Reporting to and working with the Ward Manager, you will assist with the development of our services ensuring wards are run effectively, and the delivery of our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with Priory Group.
