An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, capable and pro-active peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor based on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to work in-house for a multinational logistics and manufacturing company. In this Occupational Health Advisor role you will work as part of a team to improve organisational effectiveness by providing an evidence-based, first class Occupational Health service.

Job Requirements:
In this Occupational Health Advisor position you will be based onsite in Nuneaton working as part of the in-house Occupational Health team with weekly travel as and when is needed to different sites across the West Midlands such as, Tamworth, Coventry and Oxford any travel will be paid for.

As an Occupational Health Advisor you must be able to perform the full Occupational Health remit, as predominantly your role will consist of health surveillance, health assessments, health promotion and case management.

Your role will involve developing the capability of the organisation to deal effectively with occupational health issues and related legislative matters whilst delivering excellent service in all aspect of occupational health activity.

You will work with and liaise closely with managers within the business and the wider Human Resources, Health and Safety and Corporate Responsibility.

In this position you must be able to work well within a team or autonomously.

Skills/ Qualifications:
To be considered as a strong candidate for this excellent Occupational Health Adviser opportunity you must be an enthusiastic and proactive Registered Nurse.

For this position you must be able to hit the ground running and have at least 3 years' experience in Occupational Health.
