Heatherfiled Care home, Part of the Holmes Care Group Require a
Salary: £ 12.70 ph including paid lunch break
Hours: Dayshift Nurse 42 hrs (8-8pm on a rolling rota, wk1 3days, wk2 4days) or
Dayshift Nurse 24 hrs (8-8pm two days over 7)
As a Holmes Care Group Nurse, Duties Will Include:
Overall responsibility for the successful running of the nursing home on night shift
Taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents
Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
Staff Nurse Requirements:
RGN or RMN qualified with current UK PIN
Up to date clinical skills
Previous experience of working with the elderly
Commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
