A small, independent nursing home in Sutton requires an experienced Registered Nurse to work as Clinical Lead.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to coordinate clinical services in the home, ensuring standards of clinical excellence are maintained that meets all CQC, Health and Social Care and NMC requirements.

Applicants for this Clinical Lead post should be:

• Qualified and registered with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)

• Experienced in an elderly care setting in a senior clinical position with experience of person centred care planning

• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

This is a full time Clinical Lead position with a 46 hour working week on day shifts. The competitive rate of pay offered is £40,000 per annum.
