One of the UK’s largest health and social care providers has a vacancy in their Aberdare based care home for an experienced Nurse to join the team in the post of Clinical Lead.

This care home offers general nursing and specialist dementia care to approximately 50 elderly residents and during the most recent inspection was found to be complying with all statutory requirements.

Applicants will be RGN or RMN qualified with up to date NMC registration.

Experience within elderly and dementia care is essential and you will have good leadership and interpersonal skills along with good working knowledge of the requirements involved in this sector of care. Strong clinical skills and knowledge are also vital for this post.

In this role you will supervise and support staff with the planning and delivery of care, promoting best practices of care and ensuring service user’s individual needs are met, with a holistic approach to care and wellbeing.

Working hours for this post are 38.5 per week and the pay rate on offer is between £16 and £17.00 per hour depending on experience.
