In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with an elite care home provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager for their luxury purpose built nursing home in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.

The nursing home is registered to provide care and support for up to 50 older people with nursing, residential, dementia and respite care needs.

The successful candidate will be a forward thinking and proactive individual who has a proven background in Care Home Management. An Adult Nursing RGN or Mental Health Nursing RMN Qualification and a valid NMC pin number are essential along with strong business acumen to effectively manage the financial and marketing aspects of the business.

Working as the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the nursing home, ensuring quality compliance and efficiency at all times. With excellent leadership skills, you will direct, inspire and motivate the staff team to achieve best possible outcomes within the home.

This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity offering a salary of £45,000 per annum to the successful candidate along with additional benefits.
