Time Recruitment Solutions are currently selecting for an RGN/RMN/RNLD with nurse management experience for an exciting position in Cavendish, Derby.
This is a nationally recognised, continuously award winning company with a high review score on care home UK; with 37 beds in total the service focuses on providing specialised dementia nursing care including dementia mapping and progressive dementia care.
This highly successful unit receives regular admissions. You will be largely supernumerary co-ordinating several care staff and other nursing staff and work alongside a complex team of professionals, the best multi-disciplinary team in the community alongside assisting with CQC and acting as the primary family liaison.
Being largely supernumerary you will complete audits and pre admission statements, DOLS and safeguarding paperwork alongside managing any off duty with the help of an experienced manager. You will be assisted by a unit manager and senior nurses and you will delegate tasks accordingly ensuring the smooth running of the nursing unit.
You will be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire and develop a team to provide the highest level of person-centered care.
The hours are 38 hours per week across 5 days with some on call. The hourly rate is a competitive £16.50 - £17.00 per hour which equates to £35,000 - £36,000 per annum.
