In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of an esteemed care provider to recruit an experienced Deputy Home Manager for their ‘Good’ rated nursing home Sheffield. 

The nursing home is registered to provide care and support for up to 65 older people with nursing, residential, respite and end of life care needs.

The successful candidate will support the Home Manager with the day to day management of the nursing home and provide continuous support and guidance to the team. The role will include, monitoring and managing clinical procedures within the home, identifying training opportunities and ensuring that the home maintains and exceeds compliance expectations.

A nursing qualification RGN or RMN and a valid NMC pin number are required for this role along with current experience working in a supervisory position within a nursing home.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 44 hours per week. A competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits including overtime pay and the opportunity to achieve ILM Level 5 Leadership & Management Qualification.
