Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN or RNLD
Salary: £14.00 per hour - days, £15.00 per hour - nights + paid breaks

One of the largest independent healthcare provider is currently seeking a registered nurses for one of their luxury and award winning care facilities in Rugby, Coventry. We are currently on the search for experienced nurses RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified to work within their specialist units.
The facility has won design awards and 'best care home of the year 2015' last year and is truly a spectacular site for residents to live in and nurses to work within.
The facility is of medium size with 70 beds, mostly residential but with some palliative and general nursing care and specialist dementia care.
The site also accommodates for intermediate care needs and stroke rehabilitation from the local hospital meaning there is some short stay nursing needs. With a multi-faceted team in place; the CQC report is very good and the manager is long standing.
You will be developed by your clinical manager into completing a lengthy classroom and supervisory induction and will be promoted to complete training specific to your unit whether that be dementia training and any general nursing training you require to upskill; you will also be endorsed to complete your NVQ level 4 or 5 in management if you wish to pursue this.
Your role as Staff Nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical care alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, Carrying out assessments and discharges and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents.
The site has only the best multi-disciplinary team; working in conjunction with the CCG, with clinical trainers, lead nurses, several unit managers and a home manager you can be assured you will be supported whilst on shift; you will also have a regional and area manager who looks after staff wellbeing.
Applicants for the Staff Nurse role should:
-Hold a current NMC registration and have the legal right to work within the UK
-Have strong leadership and clinical skillset
-Maintain a person centred approach to care
-Up to date with current practises and regulations
-Most importantly have a passion for caring/nursing
