Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner (RGN or ODP) - Central London - Permanent - Full-time - £30000 - £36000

Medicor are pleased to consider applications for the position of Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner (RGN or ODP) working for our client based in Central London on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be registered with the either a NMC Registered Nurse or a HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner and have significant post-registration experience.
You will need to have the following essential skills and experience for the position; experience of working in both an adult and paediatric theatre setting. You will be or be working towards a Senior level in Theatres and demonstrable experience as a Scrub Practitioner within an Adult setting. You will also hold a mentorship qualification or similar.

We are also looking for the following desirable skills, but are not essential for the position; experience of working in the private sector.

The position is working for a Central London located private hospital which is run by a very well known private healthcare company.

You will be working in a busy theatre department that consists of 4 operating theatres that cater for Cardiac, Orthopaedic, ENT, Ophthalmic, Plastics, General Surgery, Vascular and Gynaecological surgery.

The position will require shift working days, evenings and some wekeend as part of a rota

This is a Full-time Permanent position working 37.5 per week working in Central London.

The salary for this position is between £30000 and £36000 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position. On top of this is benefits that include a pension scheme, private healthcare cover, gym membership, online discounts to many retails and many other benefits. The client is also passionate about training and education of its staff.
