Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD
Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (£29,640 - 30,628 per annum) - highly negotiable
Location: Pencoed, Bridgend
Hours: Days or Nights Available - Full Time or Part Time - Various Hours Available

One of the UK's largest independent healthcare providers is currently seeking Staff Nurses for their stunning purpose-built reasonably sized 44 bedded nursing home based in Pencoed, Bridgend.

Ideally located near all rail and road links it has been specifically designed to provide residential and nursing care and is one of the few homes in the area. The unit is small and manageable as many of the beds are residential beds so 20 of the beds are for general nursing and palliative care with some respite beds available also.

The care group is a year on year award winning training provider, they provide the best clinical and management training within the industry and offer to pay for your NVQ level 4 and 5 in management with lots of internal progression opportunities available, alongside this you will be offered an excellent pay rate a host of benefits and the opportunity to work with a solid and reputable brand of care homes.

Being an award winning training provider you will be offered any clinical training prior to starting the role to enhance the lives of your residents and build on your own nursing skills.

Your role as Staff Nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical excellence alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents; having a client centred approach is essential for the position and you will work alongside 2 other staff nurses on shift and will be supported be a nurse home manager and a well-established deputy manager.

Applicants for the Staff Nurse role should:

-Hold a current NMC registration and have the legal right to work within the UK
-Have strong leadership and clinical skillset
-Maintain a person centred approach to care
-Up to date with current practises and regulations
-Most importantly have a passion for caring
