Clinical Lead - Hinckley, Leicester
£16.00 - £17.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits (£32,032)

Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a national care home provider with and outstanding reputation. We are leading their search for a Deputy Manager in the Hinckley area of Leicester; the home is reasonably sized with 40 beds and specialises in residential and general nursing care including palliative and intermediate care.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the performance of staff nurses and care staff within the home ensuring all training and up skilling is completed, staff rotas are monitored alongside auditing and checking any clinical work completed offering support where needed. You will liaise with a multi-disciplinary team including CQC and generally assist the home manager in day to day duties also.
Your role will require your clinical expertise to ensure standards aren't compromised ensuring you inspire, teach and guide nurses under your leadership, Clinical Lead's within this national care provider will take advantage of their award winning online training and development programme and many go on to manage Homes of their own.
You will be working with the best multi-disciplinary team as you would expect with a national recognised care provider, all care staff go through a RCN accredited development programme and you will be guaranteed good staffing levels on shift, with 2 other nurses working with you, a deputy and a home manager to support you in management functions.

Firstly and foremost you must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. You will come from a care home background with experience of working with elderly and dementia, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior nursing or management role prior.
You will have experience of managing staffing levels on shift and overseeing nurses on a day to day basis and be able to demonstrate this.
