Cosmetic Surgery Patient Co-Ordinator
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Patient Co-Ordinator for their Cosmetic Clinic in South London.
The company provides high end surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures to exclusive clients from across the world.
Our client is seeking a patient co-ordinator who is organised, self-motivated, sales oriented, and has expertise in customer service to play a critical role in growing our clients patient base.
Experience in Cosmetic/Aesthetic surgery or non surgical would be beneficial.
Positive, customer service & sales-oriented personality required with a proven record of excellence in customer service and sales. Comfortable using e-mail, internet applications, Microsoft Office programs including: Microsoft Word & Excel, basic computer knowledge.
Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to adapt when challenged with difficult situations.
Promote practice as marketing representative. Initial consultation with new clients.. Coordinate patient and procedure schedule. Meet or exceed procedure scheduling goals.
This is a Full Time sales and service position to work for a leading cosmetic surgery company.
- 2 years experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic/beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Medical procedure terminology (preferred)
My client is looking to pay a base up to £32,000 with an OTE of £50,000 plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview.
