NHS Pathways Quality Performance Trainer & Auditor
Location: Ashford, UK.
Hays Recruitment Healthcare Division is looking to fill an exciting vacancy for a Pathways Trainer and Auditor to work in a leading 111 service provider company: Primecare, Primary Care.
This is a fantastic opportunity in a permanent basis, with a 25k annual salary.
Your responsibilities will be the following:
To provide training and coaching in NHS Pathways for health advisors undertaking telephony within the 111 service.
To contribute to Group Clinical Governance Framework by undertaking audits of processes and systems, thereby supporting safe practice and service development and underpinning clinical quality.
To engage with staff in offering appropriate feedback to ensure client safety and quality standards are maintained.
To support the development of health advisors within her/his area and maintaining a high standard of quality patient care.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
o Minimum 6 months experience of using NHS Pathways
o Flexibility, including ability to work unsocial hours and some travel
o Excellent Communication skills
o IT skills
o Report writing skills
o Presentation skills
o Post-registration experience in primary or urgent care
o Knowledge and understanding of the NHS Urgent Care
o NHS Pathways Trainer
o Audit experience
o Training experience
