Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN
Salary: £15.50 per hour + paid breaks + benefits
Location: Tettenhall, Wolverhampton
Shifts: full of part time shifts on offer - long or short shifts - days or nights available
Earlies: 8am - 2.30pm, Lates: 2.30pm - 9pm, Nights: 9am - 7pm or 12 hour shifts (8am - 8pm)

This vibrant care community offers first class specialist dementia care, nursing care and residential care set among peaceful, landscaped gardens. This remarkable care complex is easily assessable via all major road links and public transport.

We are looking for an experienced RGN or RMN who has a passion for elderly care with excellent clinical skills. At least a years' experience within this sector is vital, you will be a confident communicator and will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities when overseeing care staff.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Assess resident's health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual's health and wellbeing needs
* Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
* Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others

Currently offering a market leading hourly rate of £15.50ph the contracted hours on offer range from 20 to 40 per week with all paid breaks, alongside this you are assisted by one other highly experienced nurse on shift and you would have two support workers to aid you in your one to one patient care, alongside this you will have expertly trained medication technicians minimising medication errors and allowing you more time for documentation, evaluation and assessment.

Your development is highly regarded and the company offer 60 hours' worth of paid training before you commence the role with regular updates, the site has clinical trainers and a medical resource library available for nurses and care staff.

Our client really do offer a unique, non-institutionalised, specialised approach to elderly care in luxurious surroundings. You will work as a named nurse for a few patients planning ongoing care for patients transferred to the nursing unit.
