Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN or RNLD
Salary: £14.00 per hour + paid breaks + £1,000 welcome bonus

One of the largest independent healthcare provider is currently seeking a registered nurses for one of their many homes in the area of Gloucester and surrounding areas, this one specifically is In Mitcheldean. We are currently on the search for experienced nurses RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified to work within their specialist units.
The facility is of medium size with 49 beds, mostly residential but with some palliative and general nurse care, specialist dementia care and a separate unit for those with physical disabilities. The site consists of two floors separating the residential section from the nursing and covers a variety of specialist nursing needs. With a multi-faceted team in place; the CQC report is very good and the manager is long standing.
You will be developed by your Unit Manager into completing a lengthy 2 week long supervisory induction and will be promoted to complete training specific to your unit whether that be dementia training and any general nursing training you require to upskill; you will also be endorsed to complete your NVQ level 4 or 5 in management if you wish to pursue this.
Your role as Staff Nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical care alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, Carrying out assessments and discharges and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents.
The site has only the best multi-disciplinary team; working in conjunction with the CCG, with clinical trainers, clinical auditors, a clinical services manager, several unit managers and a home manager you can be assured you will be supported whilst on shift; you will also have a staff liaison manager and an area manager who looks after staff wellbeing.
Applicants for the Staff Nurse role should:
-Hold a current NMC registration and have the legal right to work within the UK
