Based based in our Burnley Clinic we are currently looking for a Staff Nurse on a fixed term contract to cover maternity.

The role will require you to use your expertise to provide specialised nursing care, guidance and advice. Duties include planning, delivering, evaluating and delivering patient care, ensuring efficiency and safety with respect to clinical procedures performed, assist with the assessment of nursing care needs, reviewing patient prescriptions and outcomes to ensure meeting defined quality standards and ensuring the safe custody, administration, dispensing and storage of medication.

You will need to be a Registered Nurse, and hold a current NMC pin or due to qualify this year. The role requires experience of providing high quality care to patients, excellent communication skills and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission. No experience of renal care is required as full training is provided. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.

The role is full time, working shift patterns over a mixture of early and late days on average a 37.5 hour week or 150 hours over a 4 week period, Monday to Saturday. Part time applications are welcome.
