RGN/ RMN - Care Home - Accrington - £15.00 p/hr
We are looking for a staff nurse - RGN/ RMN for a medium sized nursing home in Accrington in Blackburn, Lancashire. The home is purpose built and caters to the elderly for both Nursing and Residential including palliative and respite care.
The Nursing Home is looking for a range of hours covering. The staff nurse should be a registered nurse RGN/ RMN and should have at least 6 months post qualification experience. The home is part of a large organisation that prides themselves on progression and ambition, leading to great quality of care being given at all times. This is a great opportunity for a registered nurse to join a company that will support them in their professional growth.
You must demonstrate confidence in your clinical ability as well as having strong leadership skills. You will be expected to support all of the staff as well as identifying any training issues. You will work closely with the manager ensuring the highest level of care is delivered at all times.
The nurse will:
Produce individual care plans
Maintain accurate records
Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations
Commit to improving the lives of residents
Training and development of the staff
Communicate effectively with staff, residents and the families of the residents
The successful nurse must be:
RGN/ RMN (or equivalent)
Able to work in the UK
Have a valid NMC pin
Salary is dependent on experience, but around £15.00p/hr
