Contact Recruitment are looking for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Theatre Manager to take on a role at a fantastic Private Treatment Centre in Gillingham, Kent.

As Theatre Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the Theatre teams, be expected to identify opportunities and actively contribute to service development, policies and strategies. You will be required to have impressive working experience at a senior level in a clinical setting and demonstrate the skills and knowledge to support this. Ideally, your wide ranging skills also comprise teaching and assessment, as well as ILS/ALS. A professional management qualification will be looked upon favourably. This role will see you working closely with the Hospital Senior Management Team.

The Treatment Centre in question performs a variety of General, Orthopaedic, Ophthalmic, & Urology surgical procedures, making each day as varied as the last. Endoscopy procedures are conducted here also. The client, one of the UKs leading private healthcare providers, will provide you with the best tools, staff & equipment available; allowing you to inspire, lead and deliver the best care possible.

This full time role attracts a salary of £41,000 an annum.
