A privately run hospital in Reading currently has a vacancy for a Registered Nurse to join their Outpatients Team in the post of Staff Nurse.

In this role you will work to ensure that standards of customer care are consistently maintained at all times, promoting and safeguarding patient well-being.

Candidates for this Staff Nurse position should be a Level 1 Registered Adult/General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

• Prior experience in an Outpatients Department or Acute Ward setting

• Good clinical skills and knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to undertake further professional development

This is a full time role with a 37.5 hour working week. Shift patterns can include earlies, lates, long-days and Saturdays, so a degree of flexibility is essential.

The salary available for this Staff Nurse role is from £26,520 to £30,000 per annum and the successful candidate will also benefit from private medical plans, life assurance, a generous annual leave allowance and support for on-going training and development.
