Rate: £ 40 to £ 45 K - per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Home Manager for a 25 bedded General Nursing home in Willesden, North London that was rated 'Good' in it's last CQC inspection.

As the Home Manager you will responsible for the day to day running of the home including overseeing the staff team and ensuring that the residents needs are being met at all times.

We require a strong and experienced RGN with excellent clinical skills to raise occupancy levels in the home and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.

The salary is £40,000- £45,000, maybe more for an outstanding candidate.
