Home Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Home Manager has arisen to join this well established group. As a Care Home Manager you'll be running the day to day operations as well as taking a more strategic approach to the overall management.  The salary is up to 40k for the right candidate and experience of Dementia service users would be a distinct advantage.  This is the chance to kick start your career by joining a large company, who offer excellent benefits and a great support network.

Home Manager - Responsibilities:

*Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.

*Responsible for budget management.

*Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.

*Be responsible for the negotiation of contracts and fees with Local Authorities and PCT's for new and existing services.

*You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.

Nursing Home Manager - skills required:

*Proven Home Management experience.
*Experience with Dementia service users.
*Medium to large Care Home experience.

Previously successful candidates have experience as a Home Manager and experience with Dementia service users. Candidates can expect a very competitive salary and to work for an already well-established Company with excellent benefits and genuine career progression.
