Eclypse Recruitment has an Excellent Opportunity for an Experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large elderly nursing home in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
This up and coming elderly nursing home in Wolverhampton provides specialist dementia nursing and general nursing care to Older People with various needs and requirements. The home has been through some difficult times however due to the support of senior management and the team within the home, the home is now on the up!
We are searching for a Strong and Experienced Nursing Home Manager (RMN / RGN) with a solid background in home management to continue with the good work within the home. The home is currently running at 75% occupancy therefore someone who is experienced with increasing occupancy levels would be fantastic. Excellent Communication and a sound clinical understanding are vital for this role along with the ability to lead and direct a strong team of nurses to ensure that objectives are achieved.
Completion of LMA / RMA or Equivalent will be an advantage!
