Home Manager/Registered manager Job, Barnett, North London

A super and growing home registered for elderly, dementia and residential care is seeking a first class and experienced home manager to develop the home further and fill the beds on the new floor that has almost been completed.

The home is currently 58 beds and will be 82 when the refurbishment is completed.

You will work alongside an experienced senior management team who will support you as you grow and develop your home and when you have filled the beds on the new floor they are offering a further £4000salary as well as a generous bonus scheme.

You will be an RGN/RMN with 3-4 years home management experience and preferably your RMA/LMC or working towards it.

You will also have worked in at least a good rated home and have proven strong business skills with a committed attitude to elderly care.
