Deputy Matron - Tranent - Circa 31,000Per Annum

I am looking for an experience RGN / RMN deputy for a reputable care provider in Tranent.
This nursing Home is a home that provides quality care to the elderly with general nursing needs. Registered with the Care Commission to provide care for up to 62 older people and adults with physical and sensory impairment. The Nursing Home is well-established and has an excellent reputation of providing quality, personalised care. The home prides itself on creating a welcoming, homely environment

Duties will include:
- Assisting the Matron with the running of the service, taking charge in the Matron's absence.
- Ensuring service users needs are met clinically
- Being a role model for other staff nurses.

Ideally you will have solid post registration experience clinically as well as in a leader ship role.
