Deputy Manager - RGN
A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager has arisen to join this well established Company with a reputation for providing person centred care. As a Deputy Manager you’ll assist the Home Manager daily and take charge in there absence. The salary is up to 35k and we really do require a registered nurse for this great opportunity. Previous supervisory experience is essential for this excellent Home – In return, you’ll be working for a great company with an excellent career path!!
Deputy Manager - Responsibilities:
* To deputise for the Manager in their absence, overseeing the Housing and Care Scheme.
*With support from the Manager, be responsible for budgets.
*To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the Home, within policy guidelines ensure that all relevant legislation, organisational Policies and Procedures and codes of practice are adhered to.
*Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
*You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.
Deputy Manager - skills required:
*Proven Deputy Management experience.
*You will be committed to providing the highest care standards.
*A RGN is essential
Previously successful candidates have experience as a Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Clinical lead for a medium to large sized home. Candidates can expect a very competitive salary and to work for a rapidly growing and already successful company in Healthcare sector.
