Deputy Home Manager
A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager has arisen to join this well established Care Home with a formidable reputation. This organisation pride themselves of proving service that is second to none in the care sector and they are an expanding business throughout the UK, offering genuine career progression. As a Deputy Manager you’ll assist in the day to day running operations with the Home Manger and oversee the clinical requirements of the Home. Previous Deputy Management or supervisory experience is essential for this large home and you will need to be a registered nurse to apply for this role.
Deputy Home Manager - Responsibilities:
*To deputise for the Manager in their absence, overseeing the Home.
*To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the Home – Managing and leading a team of nurses/staff.
*Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
*You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.
Deputy Home Manager - skills required:
*Proven Deputy Management or supervisory experience.
*You will be committed to providing the highest care standards.
*You will be a Registered Nurse
*Medium to large Care Home experience and have excellent communication skills.
Previously successful candidates have experience as a Deputy Manager, Unit Manager, senior staff nurse or Clinical lead for a medium to large sized home. Candidates can expect a very competitive salary and to work for a rapidly growing and already successful company in Healthcare sector.
