We are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for a successful healthcare provider in Milton Keynes.

You need to be a strong, motivated and professional individual and preferably have Deputy Manager Experience in elderly care and be a Registered Nurse.

This is a large home and you will be required to deputize for the manager in her abscence, manage staff, assist with budgets, care plans and you will also be mostly supernumerary with the occasional requirement to cover in an emergency.
