Childrens Home Manager – East Sussex – £30- £32k plus bonus to £8k

An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced children’s home manager to join an exclusive care provider in the East Sussex area.

Reporting into the Children’s Services Manager you will be expected to work to ensure
effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified
within the role.

We are looking for a strong, commercially astute and dynamic individual to make a tangible impact on the home and the organisation. To succeed in the role you should be NVQ 4 qualified with at least NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in working with children / young people.

You should have considerable experience of working with young people in a residential setting as well as managing at a senior level within this setting. You should have strong budgeting and leadership skills and forge excellent relationships. You will also be expected to work in partnership with other agencies including local authorites.

• A basic salary around £30- £32k plus bonus to around £8k
