Care Home Manager - Professional-Social-Care-Solutions

Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provide care and support for their service users through a national network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. Their nursing home with a young physically disabled unit is situated in the Kings Lynn area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.

We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

The role is full time, 40hours per week, a per annum performance related bonus, company pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to the organisation. You will need to be RNLD/NVQ4 RMA or RGN qualified with a minimum of two years management experience working within a similar setting.
