No1 Recruitment URGENTLY need Band 7 Emergency Nurse Practitioners to work in Central London.
Job Summary:
Provides a holistic, autonomous clinical nursing service attending to referrals and self referrals to the Minor Injury Unit / A&E Department.
Assesses patient needs and implements agreed management plan including approriate investigiations, prescribing, referral and discharge plans and implements care in Minor Injuries Unit or A&E setting
Provides specislist advice and maintains associated records
Carries out specialist nursing procedures
provides clinical supervision to other staff, students.
Provides clinical and management leadership to nursing and support staff
May ensure effective running of ward/department in absence of Nurse Team Manager
May undertake research, lead clinical audits within own specialist area.
We require a min of 6 months UK experience and valid NCM pin for registered staff
We can offer numerous types of shifts and flexibility, We have full time, part time and shift work available
